How do I request a COA?
Choose Request COA on a product page, or use the Quality & Testing page. Include the product, strength, and a lot reference if you have one. Documentation is shared upon request, where available.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your order from the catalog or Education library, then review your order and send it as a request — sending it is not a purchase and nothing is charged. We confirm availability and your final total, then you arrange payment with us and collect by local pickup or delivery.
Which products are available?
The collection below shows products marked In Stock. Anything marked Sold Out is part of our regular catalog and is on its way back — it stays listed so you can ask to be told the moment it lands.
What does Sold Out mean?
It means we normally carry that product and are between shipments, not that we have stopped supplying it. Send an availability inquiry and we will tell you what we know about timing and let you know when it is back.
Can these products be used by people or animals?
No. Everything in this catalog is supplied for laboratory research use only. Nothing here is a drug, supplement, or cosmetic, and nothing is supplied for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance of any kind.
How should material be stored?
Store lyophilised (unreconstituted) powder frozen. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated at 2–8°C. Protect from light and moisture, and handle according to standard laboratory practice.
Do you ship?
We do not currently ship. Local delivery is available within 10 miles of Walmart on Albert Pike Road in Hot Springs. Orders of $175 or more after discounts qualify for delivery; delivery is $10 under $300 and free at $300+. Local pickup is also available. Build an order on the site and we'll confirm availability and the next step.
What if something is damaged or wrong?
All sales are final, but that does not cover our own mistakes. If material is damaged, or the wrong product or strength is supplied, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will replace it. Full detail is on the Terms page.
